  • 4. Company’s Contact Details and a brief company profile
  • 5. All above documents must be on the Employer’s official letterhead
  • 6. Permit from the Indian Mission in the country of employment
  • 7. Scanned copy of the Valid License (Registration Certificate) of the Indian Recruiting Agent
  • 8. Original Trade License / Commercial Registration of the employer and one photocopy
  • 9. Permit / Approval from the Ministry of Labour / Residency / Free Zone Authority with English translation
  • 10. Photocopy of passport of the authorized signatory
  • 11. Legal Authorization from the sponsor if the documents are signed by someone other than the sponsor
